Support Update for BiTKOO Customers:
BiTKOO is now a part of Quest Software. In April 2012 technical support for BiTKOO products will transition to the Quest support infrastructure. We will be moving BiTKOO's self service support portal to the Quest Support Portal.
We anticipate you will experience a smooth transition to Quest Support. During this process the designated primary support contact on current BiTKOO's accounts should look for important Quest Support communications sent through your email, such as Quest Welcome letter, with your new ID, password, Site ID, and actions required to ensure you receive uninterrupted world-class support.
